At the end of 2023, we took a major step towards digitalization and increased efficiency: the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) from Körber. This state-of-the-art system enables us to fully digitalize our warehouse processes while achieving significant optimization of our storage capacities.
Efficiency on a New Level
With over 6,000 stocked items and more than 13,000 orders processed each month, our warehouse is the heart of our company. By switching to the new WMS, we were able to improve the utilization of our storage space by an average of 15% – a major step forward that helps us operate more efficiently and save valuable space. Particularly impressive is the development in our small parts storage area, where space utilization increased by as much as 40%.

The decision to fully digitalize our manual warehouse processes within just three months was not only a move to enhance efficiency but also a forward-looking investment.
